Describe your current stuck state as specifically as you can. Not "I feel overwhelmed." What exactly is the situation, the decision, or the loop you are in?

Find the Decision
Underneath every stuck is an unmade decision. Look at what is actually true (right column above). What decision is sitting there waiting to be made?
This is the pattern you fall into when stuck. Naming it is the first act of self leadership.
When I hit resistance, I tend to:
- Overthink and gather more information before deciding
- Get busy with easier tasks and avoid the real one
- Seek external validation before I trust my own read
- Start strong then lose momentum when it gets hard

From everything on your plate right now: what is the ONE thing that, if you got clear on it, would make the most difference? Not the most urgent. Not the one you feel guilty about. The one that would actually move things forward.
