Not a personality test. Not a branding exercise. A statement of who you are, how you move in the world, and what you give to the people you serve. Everything built in this program traces back to these words.
PART 1 Your Nine Words

Transfer your three chosen words from each category. These are the words that survived the session, the ones that felt true, not performed. Write them here. They are now locked as your foundation.

VISION
Where you are going and who you are taking with you.
VOICE
How you communicate and move in the world.
VALUE
What you give to the world that attracts your ideal client.
PART 2 The Vetting

For each word you chose, your coach asked: why this word? What does it represent for you specifically? You may have changed a word during this conversation. That is not weakness, that is the work getting more honest. Use this space to capture what surfaced the real meaning behind each word.

PART 3 The Flow Check

Look at all nine words together. Three questions before you move forward. Answer them honestly.

Q1 — Do these words feel like they come from the same person? Q2 — Is there a word missing?
PART 4 Your Positioning Statement

Four prompts. One statement. Answer each prompt honestly. Do not edit as you go. Capture what is true first. The statement comes from your answers, not from trying to sound good.

PART 5 The Reflection
Your nine words are your identity. Your positioning statement is how that identity speaks to the world.
