Identity Before Strategy

Every session builds on the one before it. Sessions 1 and 2 establish who you are. Sessions 3 and 4 use that foundation to make market and lane decisions. Sessions 5 and 6 convert those decisions into a container and a proof. Nothing is built on assumption.

The Hot Seat Is the Method

Two participants per session go to the hot seat. The group watches the process before doing it themselves. Watching someone else work through a decision accelerates your own — you see the patterns, the resistance, and the breakthrough before you face them.

Decisions Over Comfort

Every form, every bridge, every commitment asks you to make a specific decision — not explore an idea. Leaders who choose specifically outperform those who keep their options open. The 72-hour bridge after each session makes that decision real before the next one begins.

I spent nearly a decade as a senior sales leader at CBS Radio and Entercom, directing $40 million in revenue across six stations and building teams from the ground up. Before that, I competed professionally as a soccer player for the Portland Pride.

I built Get Unstuck because I kept seeing the same pattern in the wellness and coaching world: practitioners with real gifts, stuck on the same clarity problem. Not because they lacked skill, but because no one had given them a rigorous process for building their foundation from identity outward. This program is that process.

Complete this before your first session. It takes 20 minutes. The more honestly you answer, the faster Session 1 moves. This pre-work surfaces the raw material we will work with together.

Block the time. Find 20 uninterrupted minutes before Session 1. No multitasking. This is thinking work.

Before Each Session

Pre-work form arrives 48–72 hrs prior. 20 minutes. Surfaces your raw material so the session hits the ground running.

During Each Session

90 minutes on Zoom. Teaching, silent worksheet work, and two live hot seats working directly with the coach.

After Each Session

Commitment form locks your key output, one decision, and one action with a deadline. What gets written gets done.
