Over the next twelve weeks, we are going to build your positioning foundation from the inside out. Not from a template. Not borrowed from someone else's framework. From who you actually are.
You will leave this program with eight concrete outputs that belong to you. A practitioner identity statement. A vision. A brand voice. A value proposition. An ideal client portrait. A primary offer. A core message. And a 90-day plan to move on all of it.

📋 Pre-Work: Session 1 — Self-Leadership
Complete this before your first session. It takes 20 minutes. The more honestly you answer, the faster Session 1 moves. This pre-work surfaces the raw material we will work with together.
Block the time. Find 20 uninterrupted minutes before Session 1. No multitasking. This is thinking work.

By the end of Session 2, you will have nine words — three each across Vision, Voice, and Value — and a first committed positioning statement built from them. This is your identity in writing.

Who You Serve
Identity meets the market. Build your ideal client avatar from your nine words — not demographics. Lock the person, test the positioning match, and send one signal before Session 4.
Ideal Client Avatar — Locked
By the end of Session 3, you will have one specific person described — name, situation, problem, belief, and hope. Your positioning statement tested against that avatar. And the audience type where your magnet is strongest identified. One leadership commitment made before Session 4.

Choose Your Lane
Your nine words, your ideal client, and your bridge reflection are three signals. In most cases they all point in the same direction. Session 4 is not about searching for a lane. It is about confirming the conclusion the data has already reached and committing to it.
Lane Declaration + First Offer + 90 Day Plan
By the end of Session 4 you will have named your lane and locked it, designed your first offer structure from what the lane requires energetically, committed to three specific actions in the next 90 days, and made one real move in your lane before Session 5.
